From pre-design to post-construction, our Construction Management team is part of the client's team, advising and adding tremendous value to the entire project life-cycle. Approximately one-third of RK&K's operation is devoted to Construction Management and Inspection services for capital improvement projects including: utilities, wastewater treatment plants, roadway widenings, interchanges, parks, parking lots, pavement rehabilitation, bridges, structures, retaining walls and other infrastructure facilities.

RK&K's Site Development Group offers a full range of civil engineering services to take any project from site evaluation through construction. This includes site and master planning, urban design, civil site engineering and landscape architecture. RK&K team members include registered engineers, site planners, landscape architects, utility engineers, highway engineers, urban designers, CADD designers and graphics specialists.

RK&K is a leader in providing the full spectrum of planning, engineering and construction services to water and wastewater agencies and municipalities throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Regions. Our services include all aspects of water quality and quantity management and biosolids management ranging from water and wastewater treatment plants, wastewater collection and water distribution systems and pumping stations. Adept at a diverse mix of water system projects, our engineering team possesses expertise in process analysis and troubleshooting, hydraulics, hydrology, infrastructure planning, design, project management, construction administration and inspection and operations.

RK&K has in-house capabilities for providing a variety of land and surveying services. Our survey personnel, under the direction of Professional Land Surveyors, perform a wide array of surveying, mapping, and document preparation services for diverse clientele, including DOTs, local municipalities, educational, institutional, and local and national private sector clients. Our survey group includes LSITs, geodesists, survey crews, and CADD technicians. Our survey team possesses extensive survey experience and knowledge of property and record research, horizontal control, setting control monumentation, GPS and conventional geodetic surveys, boundary surveys, property mosaics and metes and bound surveys, topographic and hydrographic surveys, utility investigations, right-of-way and easement plats and legal descriptions, and all associated computations.
