One of the best investments you can make for your heating and cooling system(s) is an annual service agreement. Service agreements help ensure that your HVAC system is running safely, efficiently and reliably especially when you count on it the most. As each heating and cooling season approaches, many HVAC contractors become very busy with cleanings and inspections. If you have one of our service agreements, you'll receive email reminders before schedules start filling up so that you'll have your units ready in time for each summer and winter.

Cannot say enough about this awesome business!! Our water heater started leaking so Rich came out and installed a new one immediately. He showed up exactly when he said and charged exactly what he said (which was very fair). Completed the job quickly and efficiently! Thank you soooo much we will definitely be using Northern Comfort for all of our future needs!

We had a great experience with Northern Comfort Services. Rich and his brother just replaced our boiler, air conditioning units and humidifier in our home. They got the job done quickly and efficiently, and left the area where they were working spotless. When we were struggling with our old boiler, Rich was great about stopping by if we ever had a problem. Highly recommend them if you have heating and air issues!!

Very prompt, efficient and personable. After a great installation of our new central AC unit, we are also switching our heating service to Rich and his team, too! He fixed and repaired our thermostat in a fraction of the time of the "big box, long time" company who claims they have "the best" techs....Nope! We love Northern Comfort Services!

They were prompt,reliable and professional. Extremely affordable and cleaned up after themselves. They really put the personal touch taking into consideration my wife’s love of gardening and where the unit could go. It’s hard now to get remember our lives before our central air unit, it’s wonderful and with the great service we received from we have no regrets!

Rick is a lifesaver! We were needing to get someone out to service our boiler before our house closing. With the crazy cold weather we have been having, everyone I called was too busy to help us out. We called Northern Comfort Services and Rick was able to come the same week and get it done on short notice. He was so kind, professional, efficient, and affordable!
