We have had two service calls over the past year where incompetent servicemen were sent to fix an issue with our air conditioner. We paid a lot of money and neither man fixed the issue the first time. On the first repair my husband was coached over the phone the next day (because the first guy didn’t fix)and he repaired it himself.
This past week we paid $400 for a repair where the zone damper actuator fell from the damper and froze up everything. Quality installed this just 6 months ago,! They obviously did something wrong. So the serviceman screwed it back on, but put it in BACKWARDS! Had to come back the next day because it froze up again. Quality would not compensate for their lack of incompetence. We are no longer customers.

On time professional and personable. The job looks Great!! They took pride in the work they did which is hard to find at times. Checked everything out very thoroughly before leaving !!!
