Civil Engineering Construction

Civil Engineering Construction, Inc. (CEC) is a general engineering contractor performing grading, paving, and underground construction for local agencies. CEC also completes engineering design and consulting. CEC maintains a core work force of about ten people, and up to twenty employees during peak periods. Michael Hogan, President and founder, is directly involved in day to day operations of the company. Direct lines of communication therefore exist between management and the client. CEC has been signatory to the Operating Engeers Local 3 and the General Construction Laborers Local 185 since the founding of the company in 1996.
