Client Resources include information about the Company and tools for determining and communicating planting and irrigation preferences. Links to tree and shrub information and images are provided. A portfolio of completed projects can be searched by type, location and keywords. Designer Resources for architects and engineers are provided to support coordination with the Landscape Architect.
Available resources for architects include general guidelines for determining appropriate planter sizes and links to site furniture manufacturers. Links are also provided for local agency landscape requirements that impact site planning. Pages that are particularly relevant to civil engineers include: guidelines for sizing planters; some thoughts regarding plants and utilities; and water quality swale layout from a landscape perspective. Local agency landscape links are provided to assist with site planning.
Forms for substitu-tion requests are available, as well as soil testing informa-tion and links to manufacturers. For those unfamiliar with the Landscape Architect, a sample punch list is provided. Substitution request forms are available for both plants and irrigation compo-nents. Please note that some projects are not structured to allow direct contact between the landscape contractor and the landscape architect, so check with the General Contractor before submitting these forms.
