If you are considering upgrading your current HVAC system you really can't do better than A Perfect Climate. Jason and his team were professional and did an excellent job with the install. Our install was challenging (we asked them to relocate our air conditioning unit as well as install a new mini-split system in our new addition.) Initially we had some difficulty getting the two systems to work together, but Jason and his team returned twice to make sure we got it up and running correctly. I really can't recommend them enough!

I am incredibly impressed with the work we had done from A Perfect Climate! They were out at our house and had to reinstall our furnace and air conditioning because it had been messed up by a different, previous company. They fixed everything and even installed a new thermostat for us! The furnace itself actually even looks aesthetically better than it used to -- everything is neat, organized, and clean. We are so happy! We highly recommend!

We are VERY happy with the service Mike and team provided. Our heat went out on our older furnace, Mike was at our house at 7am as scheduled (he would have come out the night before, but we didn't want to pay extra and could wait) took his time to review our unit discussing what he found. Gave us the option to repair or replace it! Said he could be back the next day with our new unit, actually came back the same day and worked into the evening with a team to get our furnace operational. Came back the next day to finish up. They were clean and organized. Price was fair. Communication was great, all the crew was friendly and very nice to work with! Highly recommend, they were referred to us by a neighbor.

I paid over $18k+ for brand new boilers and less than 4 years later I have a major issue with them. The owner, Michael, called me today and told me the issue wasn't covered under the warranty and that the issue was common for older buildings like mine. He said that he "probably" discussed the potential issue with me. I said that if he did, I would have addressed the issue at the onset. He then said "you are full of crap". What kind of businessman says that to their customer? He said that I was a difficult customer to begin with because I haggled over the price. He originally quoted me $11,290 but I ended up paying $18k+ because I wanted things done properly. If that is haggling, then I'm pretty bad it. And, on a side note, what's wrong with haggling? Seems like he's the kind of person that gets you products that work for a little while only to come back with a high repair cost in the future; a repair cost that was preventable if properly addressed at the onset. I would steer clear of this company.

I've used this company to service my old furnace back in the 80's and had them install and service my present furnace and AC all with great results.
They are responsible, reliable and clean.
