I must say there superhero logo definitely shows there level of quickness to the job. They were here in a matter of no time fix my heater and me and my family were nice and toasty Within an hour of them arriving. They were great they explain exactly what was wrong I unfortunately am not the best with the terminology all I know is it has something to do with the heating element. They change that as well as mentioned some other things that I could do to keep my house warm as far as the insulation around the doors and even suggesting to get double pane windows. These are just a few examples of what they said I could do to decrease the electric bill cost and keep the heat inside instead of escaping through small holes. One of my friends Crystal Tracy referred me to these guys and I will definitely refer them to someone else. Great friendly customer service from the guys that were there and definitely a level of expertise from some people who have obviously been doing it awhile.
