David has been in the mechanical trades since 1979. He started out his education with a degree in refrigeration servicing from Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He then started his career and worked for 7 years in the mechanical trades before he was indentured and served an apprenticeship as a service technician in the sheet metal union. David then graduated from Waukesha County Technical College with an associate's degree in heating and air conditioning service. David was the service manager for a large mechanical company where he learned firsthand that good customer relations go hand in hand with great businesses.
