Badge Aire, Inc. manufactures custom heating and air conditioning units for the on- and off-highway markets, specializing in low volume orders. Not only do we manufacture custom-designed HVAC solutions, but we also provide local metal fabricating and in-house powder coating. Badge Aire, Inc. has welcomed AutoClima to our product line. AutoClima is a manufacturer of aftermarket air conditioning systems and battery-operated electric air conditioning systems for commercial and industrial vehicles. We work with our customers from the initial design to the end product, developing solutions to your evolving heating and air conditioning requirements, ensuring our products live up to your expectations!

Badge Aire, Inc. is a small manufacturing facility located in Chippewa Falls, WI. When we opened our doors in 1995, it was our intent to provide reliable, efficient heating and air conditioning units for the logging industry. Since then, Badge Aire, Inc. has expanded into other markets including (but not limited to) construction, fire/rescue and industrial as well as specialty applications. Using Alibre, our engineering department can draw a unit in a three-dimensional view, giving our customers a "true" vision of the unit prior to prototyping and production to ensure design integrity and responsiveness to evolving customer requirements.
