Paul Taylor is the President and CEO of PGA Concrete & Construction Services. A veteran to the concrete industry, he believes building relationships is equally as important as the buildings he constructs. He surrounds himself with the best in the industry both within his firm and through the clients he serves. Ann's exposure to construction started with making custom Barbie furniture and other special projects in the workshop with her father. Construction is in her blood, she comes from a long line of contractors including her grandfather, uncles, father, brother's and cousins.
