I can only speak on the insulation portion of the company that was recently completed on time and with the amazing help of Jose and Beto from Progressive Insulation & Windows. I am not an easy person to deal with when it comes to work being done in my home. I am extremely critical and I want the best. My husband says that if he had a company and saw me coming he'd put a closed sign on his shop. ( Ha Ha.) Anyway, I checked into several insulation companies and yes, I do check Yelp reviews skeptically; however, after three months of decision making I decided to go with Progressive Insulation. They were quick to respond and unlike other companies came out to do the work within a week of my calling.
Jose and Beto were professional, focused and cleaned afterwards; they were so nice to work with today. I have 52 steps leading up to my house and they worked as if I was on the ground floor. My husband was extremely happy with the attic work they did on our 4th floor; Jose and Beto went above and beyond. Thank you guys so much, I have been waiting since May 2021 to get this done.

I used to work for this company 5 yrs ago. I always said while working there I wanted new windows for my house and I never got them done. I been doing little upgrades to the house and came across my windows. Without hessitating I called my old job progressive insulation & windows knowing they would do a dreat job and i would be a happy camper, because I had worked with this company and know how much customer service and quality of work for them it so important. As a customer now I will said I am extremely happy with the whole process. Installation was fast /clean and windows look amazing ... keep up the great work progressive family

J C and his team were very professional, polite, safety minded. The installation only took 2 days. Great detail to molding around doors and windows. Explained in detail how to operate windows and doors. Joe had several conversations with my son on replacing a window AC back into living room, he was very patience, with several phone calls. There are not many businesses that would go above and beyond....Very Happy !!!

Kyle was helpful in guiding me through the DWP's new insulation program. The crew that came to install the insulation was on time, clean, courteous and efficient. They showed me before and after pictures and communicated with me. I highly recommend them.

Progressive was recommended by a friend so we had some idea about the company and their capabilities. However, we were completely blown away with the professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, and commitment to service. The process explained in the beginning by Kyle (Sales) worked exactly as advertised. We liked him immediately and decided to move forward with the project. Joe & Nancy provided outstanding after sales support and the installation crew led by JC provided amazing service with the actual installation. I would highly recommend this company!!

They did a bad job with the install. Have leaks sliding doors done slide well screens don't fit right. Seems like they have one journeyman and 5 apprentices doing the work. We got top of the line Milgard and it seems like Home Depot product and install. Thanks for nothing.

Congratulations to Progressive for both presale and installation. The presale presentations and support were excellent, providing detail and, when requested, in-shop demonstration. When it came time for installation, the team was able to adjust to my schedule without problem. The installation team was courteous, prompt, and efficient. Their attention to detail was great. They came wearing masks. As an added bonus, they were able to reinstall all of my vertical and horizontal blinds, avoiding my having to quickly get replacements.
Progressive came highly recommended by my neighbors, whose unit Progressive did about 20 years ago. The team met all the expectations that recommendation included. I will never hesitate to recommend Progressive to others.

We had Progressive Insulation come out and give us a quote to insulate a complete remodel we are working on. They gave us a good quote and fit us into their schedule which fit our timeline. They showed up on time, and amazingly completed the entire job in 2 days. At the end of each day, when we walked the job site, we were extremely pleased to see all the detailed things they did like filling every crack and crevice with spray foam prior insulation going in. They cleaned up and left no evidence other than the completed insulation work that they were on site. Everything looks great and zero issues or concerns.
A really great job done by a very competent crew.

I have used Progressive twice in the last five years to help insulate our old craftsman house. Kevin has been our estimator.sales rep. on both occasions and does an excellent job. The gentlemen doing the actual work have been helpful and make a e real effort to get it right. Progressive's pricing in both instances was very reasonable.
I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to improve their house insulation.

We heard from our friends that they used progressive for their windows. So we got an estimate and it was maybe a bit higher than other bids from "contractors " but we are extremely happy with the whole process. They definitely keep communicating with you through the whole process. Isn't communication key to any company for success. We knew the timeline with the ordering and making of the windows we got calls about installation scheduling. Not once did we have to track down the company and find out what was happening.
The peace of mind from the first step from ERIC giving us the bid, to the clean, perfect install by Jorge and his team. They protected the house covered all my stuff. Put multiple layers of protection. They cleaned up after the job. We were ready with a vacuum and rags to dust and clean, to our delight we didn't have to clean or wipe anything. I even did the white glove on the window seals, yep they wiped that too. The crew were professional and careful and along the way the foreman Jorge told us what they were doing and why and what to expect. And encouraged us to ask questions. The peace of mind that the job is done right and the house to be air tight especially during hot days. Please don't go cheap you won't get the QUALITY and backing, the professionalism and the work ethic progressive did. We are loving our new windows. Thanks ERIC and Jorge.

Exceptional experience from sales meeting with Eric Fisher to install with JC and his team. I received bids from 5 other top companies in the area, I chose PI&W because the product was comparable to another local company that manufacturers it's own. The quality of Amerimax is everything I hoped, my younger brother used them too, he's ecstatic over the product and install.
Install crew was amazing, they covered everything in sight with plastic, then covered the floor area where they'd be working as well. When they finished they cleaned up as if they were never in your home.
I know we all have different experiences, I hope yours is as wonderful as mine and my brothers.
