Welcome to SCS Engineers, an environmental consulting and contracting firm serving public and private clients across the nation and around the world. Our core capabilities are in solid and hazardous waste management, renewable energy, remediation, and environmental compliance. We work to prevent, mitigate and remediate environmental events, and use our environmental regulatory systems knowledge to help shorten project timelines and stay on budget. SCS, an environmental consulting and construction firm is celebrating its 50th year in business, SCS Engineers is producing technologies and programs that lower industrial operating costs and reduce greenhouse gases for private and public clients establishing goals to reduce their environmental impact.

SCS Engineers is proud of the level of community involvement that many of ourprofessional and technical staff provide to municipal governments, professional associations and organizations, charitable organizations, scholarship programs, mentoring programs and similar endeavors. We can't list everything we do, but the following summary provides insight into our staff's level of commitment and dedication to the communities we serve. Scholarships are awarded by EREF to recognize excellence in master's, doctoral or post-doctoral waste management research and education.

SCS professionals are active in, and leaders of industry and professional associations. We organize and participate in workshops and conferences, author and present technical papers, conduct research, and participate in national and state-level legislative and rule-making processes and regulatory policy. Our engineers, environmental consultants, and scientists work in close coordination on environmental solutions.
