We just had the The AC Guys come over to the house to check out our AC unit. We were not having issues, but I didn’t want any. The tech arrived on time and was very professional. He thoroughly checked our system, both the unit in the attic as well as the unit outside. They checked all of the components and added a pound of Freon into the 5 year old system. The tech briefed me on a few maintenance things I could do. I am hopeful this preventative maintenance pays off. I didn’t want any issues this summer and fighting at the same time as everyone else to fix my broken ac when it is 100 plus outside. I will be looking into their yearly service plans. I got my AC fixed in just one day. I had a bad breaker. They told me it could be tough to find one due to the supply issues of late, but they got one and came out twice. Once to diagnose the problem and the second time to get it fixed.
They were very punctual and kept to the time they said they would arrive, and both techs were very professional.
Glad to have cold air during these hot days!

The A/C Guys have been our go to HVAC company to for the last couple of years. Always available, always honest, always polite. After finding out that PEC provides $100.00 bill credits for servicing your air conditioner, I called Brett (The AC Guys). I had been contemplating replacing my 19 year old air conditioner with a model that got me to Net Zero with my solar panels , but after several quotes which topped well over $30,000.00, I put that thought on hold. There was no way a Net Zero system would balance out in cost. So, I decided to call Brett (The AC Guys) out to service my AC instead, and talked to him about his thoughts about a Net Zero system. I would keep this information in the back of my mind for when the time came that I NEEDED to replace my aging air conditioner. Well, I experienced the most pleasant surprise: Brett took the time to understand what I wanted, listened to my concerns, and I even mentioned some of the items on my DREAM/ WISH LIST (media filter and an air scrubber/ purifier). Brett quickly made it clear that I did not need the ridiculously priced systems I had been quoted, gave me options (i.e.: price of a lower end ACs with higher electric costs vs. a higher end ACs with Net Zero billing etc) so I could ultimately decide what I needed, wanted...etc. We were able to get a NET ZERO system for LESS THAN the baseline cheapest price (i.e.- not even close to a NET ZERO) system I was quoted by others. Not only was Brett by far the best price, he never once tried to up sale me in any way, and I got EVERYTHING I wanted (even the media filter and air scrubber). He just wanted me educated and happy knowing I still might not even get a system. I will not be calling any other AC company for my AC needs than The AC Guys in our future.
