Brandon Dietz is an exceptional tech with Webb Heating and AC. He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to share valuable information with us, his customers. He repaired and serviced our older attic furnace and shared that he could tell that the computer circuit board and igniter had previously been replaced and were in good condition. He said the motor was running at a slightly high voltage probably because of its age. He took extra time to wrap up loose wiring and “plumped up” an air intake duct that he said looked like it had been stepped on. He said new furnaces now have an extra sheet metal box on the side of the furnace for air intake ducts which improves air flow. He said our current 23 year old furnace still has life in it and people buy new furnaces when frequency of service calls increases or a major component fails. Overall we were extremely impressed with Brandon, his knowledge and professionalism. He also said that Webb doesn’t “burn out” their techs as other companies sometimes do. He said Webb was a well organized and run company while some of his previous employers were more “chaotic” companies that overworked their employees. We give Brandon and Webb Heating and AC two thumbs up!

We just had Brandon with Webb come and fix our heat that died during the night. Not only was it easy for me to reach them but also they fit me in that day and had it fixed that afternoon. Brandon fixed it quickly but stayed long enough to make sure he had it completely fixed. He was very knowledgeable and polite. We had a similar experience with Webb when one of our air handlers died during the summer. They really are great!

Very professional people from begining to the end.Very reliable,always on time,employees very friendly and experienced .We choose Webb because only this company have dimond rating from Mitsubishi manufacture. I have four minisplit units instolled and work was done in timely manner and very professional. I would highly recommend Webb to my family members and friends!

I needed to replace my 20-year-old Trane condenser and coil. My usual HVAC company wanted almost $1700 more for this job than Webb. Chris Davis came out and did a great job listening to what I was looking for including adding a whole house filtration system. Chris was super professional as was the entire team and the install was great. Good quality, great communication and good prices. I highly recommend Webb in the future.

Ben was professional and friendly. This was a weekend call. Upon arrival, he quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and began the repairs. I have had a maintenance contract with them for several years and I cannot say enough good things about them. They have kept my dinosaur of a system going for as long as possible. One time the technician came out and discovered a gas leak at my meter on the side of my house where I never go. He called Piedmont Natural Gas to come fix it before he even came inside to tell me of the problem. He went the extra mile as far as I am considered. Great technicians.

Chris is an excellent technician. After having two other companies look at my system and advised me that I needed a $6000 to $8000 unit, Chris advised me, after a thorough diagnosis, of a defective thermostat that cleared my no heat issue.

this company installed the AC unit in my new home in 2008. I've had nothing but problems.One of the many problems was the AC unit was installed incorrectly, causing the condensation to back up and drain inside the attic, resulting in water damage. now the compressor is not working. I have contacted Williamson heating and cooling (known as Webb heating and air now) but was completely ignored. I think there might be mold damage in the attic...
My last resort is to fill a lawsuit for the expense of mold removal and a new AC unit. I purchased a new home to avoid all these problems. I do not believe I received the new unit I paid for??? I think they placed a used unit in my home and charged me for a new one. AC units should not need to be replaced after 5 years.
