We install a variety of parts to system specifications including; compressors, fan motors, capacitors, contactors, belts replacements, blower shaft and blower wheel replacements, center flanged and block bearing replacements. We work on one phase and three-phase equipment; as well as replace small or large evaporative coils to as built specifications.
At Cool Air A/C we install new units and systems such as split systems, condenser units, heat pumps, package units, air handlers, gas furnaces, mini splits & many other types of systems. We install most brands, makes and models of equipment from manufacturers such as; American Standard, RUDD, Rheem, Heil and many others. Most equipment comes woth a 10 year manufacturer warrany on equipment. We provide a 1 year labor warranty on most equipment installed. We also offer a 10 year labor warranty at an additional cost.
