This isn't the same room posted last week. We first built this as a screen room then came back 6 months later and took out the screens and installed storm windows and doors.
Well, maybe not "just like that" but pretty close! Ms. "C" has a screen room with an Insulated roof system that we had built for her about 8 years ago. We installed these vinyl windows and sliding vinyl doors at W L Crane Repair Inc. in Baytown. This company uses large fans in the garage area and these close off the office area that has air conditioning.
I've lost count of how many jobs we have done for Mr. "D", he is an awesome repeat customer! Here we installed 257′ Black house gutter. I think the black looks great against the dark roof. The first 2 images are of the aluminum patio cover. He is another one of our great clients as this is the third house we've installed a patio cover for him. He has also bought several carports and walkway covers from us.
Yet another job for Mr. "D" in La Porte. We had erected the RV cover a year or so ago. This time we came in and poured a 756′ SF Concrete slab underneath and installed walls and 2 garage doors to convert this cover into a garage. We also installed a walk-through door on the.
This is a carport and patio combined to provide a place to let the kids off the bus out of the weather. There is no post in the way so the bus can get through easily. The cover was raised and tied to an existing walkway cover.
This Pergola over the hot tub is coming off a 3″ Insulated Roof we had built a few months before this. And don't forget, this is aluminum. It will never rust or need painting. Here is another Pergola in Spanish Brown color we constructed for Ms. "T" in Highlands. As you can see this one is gabled which adds a nice architectural feature and height as well. Ms. "T" is another repeat customer. If you look at the last picture you will see the pool enclosure we built. On this job for Mr. "W" we tore down an old wooden lattice pergola infested with bees!
Yet another project for Villa De Matel, The Congregation of Sisters of Charity. This one is beside last Saturdays' post. There are also regular lights underneath for night time. This was installed by the cafeteria as well. This job was for Villa De Matel, The Congregation of Sisters of Charity. We have done many projects for them over the years. This cover was a 4″ Insulated aluminum flat pan patio cover at a loading dock by the cafeteria. We had to raise it over the vent and build a vertical wall fill.
We installed 2 fans as well. You can see in the second picture that we then poured a concrete slab.
This client had damage to his siding and carport. In order to meet windstorm requirements we installed new siding and a carport built to codes. Cities along the coast have strict windstorm requirements and we have the ability to build them. We also have an engineer who will inspect our work and get you the windstorm certificate.
