I've been talking with Nick and Evenaire for more than a year. I interviewed several companies when the pandemic first started but ultimately felt most comfortable with Evenaire.
First they came out and adjusted some duct work so I could get the most out of my almost 20 year old system. Then, when my unit finally gave up, they came out and put in a brand new system. I was very impressed with how clean, quiet, and professional the install was. Quite an improvement over the builders work from long ago! Hopefully I don't need them again for a while, but I feel good that they'll have my back if I do!

So, I sent several calls and messages on Facebook fir recommendations near me. I really didn't expect many to reply so late. Jennifer was the first to send me a message. I asked for the soonest appointment tomorrow and she began to ask me questions about what was wrong. Jennifer the told me if she can help me over the phone vs charging me to come out, she'll give it a shot.
Along with Nick by her side, they helped me diagnose the problem, fix it myself, and not ask for a penny.
There is a reason why this company has a perfect Yelp score. I'll be adding reviews myself tomorrow.
I had an extremely crappy day today. Jennifer and Nick helped me end it on a high note. Customer service was top notch. I know who to call next time!

My A/C died because the fan on the condenser stopped working ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON! I checked my NextDoor app for recommended Air Conditioner repair and EvenAire was HIGHLY recommended by my immediate neighbors. I used another company for my maintenance recently and felt they were overpriced, but my neighbors hailed that EvenAire was fair. I called on a Friday afternoon for someone to come out and they said they had someone available! Great sign! Tech showed up and tested the compressor. Sure enough, the fan was dead. Our system is 16 years old and we knew when we bought the house last year that the previous owner had issues. We received the price to fix and it seemed like a bandaid fix for us. The tech gave us prices for a new system and we decided to go with that instead. We felt the fan fix was high but the tech offered us a discount if we decided to go with one of the new units that would take up to 2 months to order. We talked (my team) and decided to go with the Lennox unit they had in stock and waited until Tuesday for the install. Usually, my husband takes that time to consider the pros and cons, whether we're getting ripped off or not, etc... after he talked with other folks, he felt comfortable with his decision. So, all that being said, the install techs showed up on time,'installed the new A/C and furnace right on time (as told when the arrived) and were on their way. EvenAire is also taking care of the paperwork for the Oncor rebate. Very professional and courteous. They cleaned up everything before leaving as well.

Just had our old Carrier system replaced by Nick Atkinson and his wonderful crew today, and we could not be happier. Nick had a very clear and transparent sales pitch, offered a range of options, and gave us a competitive quote right away. He did not pressure us on upsell options which we respected. The installation was done quickly and with great care to keep my carpet clean. Crew was courteous, wore face coverings, and were cautious to keep the doors closed to keep my littles inside. Can't recommend Evenaire enough if you are looking for a great local AC company!

Evenaire recently completed a system replacement in my home and it was a great experience.
Communication was excellent from start to finish. They were able to accommodate my preferred times for an initial bid and to schedule the work. All my calls or emails were answered within 24 hours and they even sent a reminder email a few days before the work was scheduled.
Service was great. During the initial bid appointment, Nick answered all my questions and was clearly super knowledgeable. He was onsite before and after the install appointment to make sure all I was happy with the work and even gave some great maintenance tips. The install was completed quickly and within the estimated time frame. The technicians were mindful to protect my floors as they worked and cleaned up after themselves. They even re- installed the baby gate that had to be removed to get the units up and down the stairs.
A new HVAC system is a large investment, so we had bids from 3 companies. Evenaire provided they best value.
If you're looking to replace or repair your HVAC, I highly recommend you give them an opportunity to earn your business!

This is my SECOND review for Evenaire Heating & Air Conditioning. It's never a good time for an AC or Heating outage, but working with Evenaire during these "bad times" is as good as it gets.
This morning I woke up to a 60 degree home. I immediately called these guys as they'd repaired my AC unit before and had been great. I left a message and was called back almost right away. Jennifer was amazing in scheduling my appointment and working around my existing meetings to send out a technician.
Nick came out to my house, and he'd diagnosed the issue within less than 5 minutes. This might be a record. My unit is super old - like 20 years old. He easily could have told me I needed a whole new unit, and I would have believed him - ITS OLD, and that time is coming! However, he didn't - the repair was a simple hose that had a hole worn in it, and pressure wasn't able to build. $75 later, I'm back in business.
I TRUST THIS TEAM, which is hard to say about a lot of businesses. THANK YOU for earning my business time and time again! I'm a customer for life!

Last year I had to replace my down stair AC unit, I knew I wanted a Lennox System, I shopped around and discovered Evenaire was a local company and their prices where extremely competitive. Well last month my upper AC needed to be replaced and yes after several bids and interviews from their competitors, Evenaire had the best price on the same Lennox system. Nick and Jennifer are just an awesome little couple that run one hell of an AC business. Please give Evenaire a chance to give you a bid call and speak to Jennifer, she is just a peach.

My ac unit went out on a Saturday night and I called evenaire and within 20 minutes of my call they were at my home.
Within an hour they were done and my unit was fixed! They were extremely professional, laughed at my stupid jokes (which I really appreciate btw haha) and made me comfortable. Having people at your home that are not known to you can make ya feel weird.. not them, felt like I was hanging out with a long lost family member
Point of this all? Would I recommend Evenaire - Hell yes! Local companies will always get my business over the big names and they are worth every penny.. by the way their pricing is a hell of a lot better than just about anywhere.
