PSA. We have had a lot of calls due to dirty return air filters (inside home) and media filters (in attic at furnace). With people working from home and kiddos out of school there is more daily use of the ac systems than normal. One thing you can do to keep ac systems working and processing air properly is to CHANGE YOUR FILTERS! Ideally every month no more than 3 months on return air filters and at least 1 to 2 times per year for media filters. If return air filters are not being used inside...
PSA, just saw a notice that IRS has reinstated the energy efficiency tax credit retro to 12/31/2018 - 12/31/2020. If homeowner's have replaced certain appliances that are on the list; ie, water heaters, ac systems/ equipment, solar panels. We are accepting service calls at this time, we are not scheduling seasonal maintenance as our focus is on emergency calls for repairs.
