John came early and we were asked if that was okay by phone. He arrived, identified himself, told us what he was going to do and got started right away. He explained the process and did exactly what he said he was going to do. John was here about forty five minutes and he educated us on some things we didn't know. Batteries in the thermostat, filters and when to change them and about a time delay for the air conditioning when it comes on. I especially appreciated that he took off his shoes upon arrival, and he made several trips to his van and always took them off. We were impressed with his knowledge and expertise, as well as his professionalism. We were very satisfied with the service he provided!
