I will save you a very long read... if your looking for opinions on how they were treated or what they think of this company suffice to say the worst service we have ever had from any company in the 23 years we have owned our home.
The back office was contacted about the horrific service and what ended up being a misdiagnoses and all they could do was yell and curse vs work with us to figure out a solution... again do not try this company no matter how long your wait is to get an AC technician.... hope this helps you avoid the experience we had.

These guys are Johnny on the spot with not only service, but diagnostics and installations. My ductless a/c quit working (it was OLD AF), they came out quickly, diagnosed (that it needed to be replaced) and within 72 hours I had not 1 but 2 brand new units installed. They were polite and considerate to making sure I was comfortable with all the things happening and made sure I understood. They even cleaned up the mess and vacuumed my living room!!! WHO DOES THAT?!?! I also got a cool wireless remote thing to connect to my phone so I can control my heat or a/c when I'm not home! I will be calling ONLY Century moving forward and not waste my time or my hard earned money with any other company. I even had them come to my office and provide service there! They set the bar very high. Do yourself a favor, call Century.

Hands down the best! We purchased a home that needed a lot of work. Gary and the owner came out to the property. It took about Ten minutes to see a lot of issues. The previous owner was paying almost 400.00 Dollars a month for gas and 300.00 for power. After a lot of modification and workmanship and Four days. I was speechless! My gas bill is 50.00 and my electric is 115.00. We are so thankful! Goodman is the brand and they know just how to make it work right. I have them come out Twice a year for a check up. That is the most critical part! Those dollar amounts are fixed with the utility company.The install was 05/2013. Now come forward to December 2015. I just emailed Century Heating and A/C. I am having them install a new unit in my rental property. I DIDN'T SHOP AROUND. WHY WAIST TIME. I KNOW ITS GOING TO BE DONE CORRECTLY. TRUST ME I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR FROM THE TENANTS AT MIDNIGHT.
