Also known as dryer exhaust sweeps, dryer duct cleanings, or dryer vent sweeps - Dryer vent cleanings remove the lint buildup in your vent, which bypasses the lint trap of your dryer unit. This shortens your dryer unit life, extends dry times, and may cause a dryer fire. If your dryer isn't drying your clothes like it used to, you probably don't need a new dryer - just a standard or pressurized mechanical dryer vent cleaning! A dryer vent clogged with lint reduces airflow so your dryer can't dry clothes as efficiently or quickly as it used to.

A chimney chase cover is installed on top of a chimney to prevent the intrusion of moisture, water, leaves, branches, animals or other debris into the chimney, while at the same time allowing the proper ventilation of gases into the atmosphere.

We will perform our work using source removal methods. In order to eliminate or prevent the delivery of airborne pollutants into indoor air spaces through HVAC ductwork, we will remove the dust and others contaminants from the system. We will provide our clients with accurate inspections and evaluations of the cleanliness and physical condition of their HVAC systems, using this information to determine the type of cleaning and maintenance services required, if any. ABC Cleaning technicians are trained to help you determine the appropriate course of action whether the chimney is in need of minor repairs or complete reconstruction. The firebox of your fireplace takes a lot of heat and abuse. In particular the back where direct heat can be in excess of 700 degrees plus. If any of the bricks are loose or if any of the mortar joints are eroded back more than 1/2 inch it may be time for a repair. The mortar crown is the concrete surface at the top of your chimney.
