We had an issue with our AC, United States Heating and Air came out the same day. They quickly fixed our unit and got us cooling. They truly care about their customers and I Highly recommend this company.

I hired them to do some work for me and they created a mess at my home. They damaged a 60 in tv, Xbox , bedroom TV. I had to call Adt security to come out and replace both of my panels that they fried plus all of my sensors had to be reprogrammed!! Also, adt had to repair my sirens that are attached to my security syst. Then Spectrum had to come out to restore my landline and internet because the power to the amp was blown. DirectTV had to come out to replace at least one cable box. DirectTV said for us to call once the 60 in is replaced. They damaged exterior security lights to the point it required new wiring to be run. They did some electrical work in the washroom a forgot to reconnect the dryer connector and once it was connected it was as hot as a sauna because they forgot to put the vent back on. They created these holes in the walls during installation that they have not repaired. The person name on the permit is not the person who did the work. When I try to get management on the phone it is impossible. Their customer service is horrible and unsympathetic! This company is horrible! I had a Horrible experience. City of Orlando inspector came to my home to look at the electrical work and it did not pass. Plus when I asked their company there policy on replacing my damaged items , all I get is you have to speak to this Invisible management team. For two days in a row my power was off for 8-10 hrs while my food was spoiling. So, this is my experience, take your chances.
Again!!!!! Stay far away from this company!! They say they will pull permits but they don’t!! I had to call the City to check on permits to schedule for inspection of their sloopy work and guess what, no permits pulled since 3/18 and today is 4/12. They charged me 18396 for 6 splits and two compressors. Post installation, they have been out three or four times : one of the units were leaking water in the bedroom, another unit would not turn on until the tech went outside to reset the compressor, they had exposed copper wire to the compressor, there is a smell of water in one of the rooms, one of the units is flashing P6, and the management REFUSED to send their tech out to address these issues. Plus they say the unit is 23 seer when the Lennox website says it’s only 19.8!!
