I recently moved into a house with a swamp cooler/evaporative cooler, and called APC to get it checked out and hooked up for the summer. Was able to get an appointment the very next business day. Malcolm was a great help, he got the system set up and then very kindly explained the system to me and walked me through how the process works and things to have in mind when using, as its the first time I've owned a swamp cooler. Very helpful, great customer service, thank you Malcolm!

APC was very responsive, they were able to dispatch someone the same day I called for what I thought was a leaky kitchen sink. When Steve arrived he was very professional, I especially liked that he gave me a call to let me know he was on the way. He quickly took stock of the situation and explained clearly to me that the problem was a leaking sewer line. The remediation company Steve referred me to was also able to arrive that same evening and removed the sewage so that Steve could return the next day for repairs. Steve was great about explaining things throughout the process and I feel confident the work he has done has resolved the problem.

Steve was wonderful! Came to our business on a Sunday morning, identified the problem and quickly repaired it. He even replaced a lightbulb for us. He was polite and respectful. I would highly recommend using him and this company again!

Communication was lacking both online and when I called the office. I did schedule an appointment with the promise of a call to tell me prices. I got a call later that day that the prices weren't really available. Once price, clearly just a guess, seemed really high. I was told the tech would call me the next day to go over my needs and to address prices. I decided to call another company and ended up booking with the. I did try to cancel by chat here on FB, I left a message,and I also called the number I had been called from, only to be met with a busy signal. I finally did receive a call from the tech today, 30 mins b4 the original appt time to tell me he was on his way and had a work order for me. Suffice it to say I wasn't able to say what my problems were with this company, as the person was too angry to listen. Steer clear of these guys. Very chaotic.

He and Jerry both came to help after our small repair ended up being larger than expected.
They were able to do the work in the same day and it made all the difference on a Friday afternoon.
