Brooke is the founder of MaidLuxe, a residential cleaning service based in the Houston Heights. A native Houstonian she received her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Houston. She has over 10 years of experience in the design, development and deployment of human resource strategies and has worked for industry leaders such as FedEx and Lockheed Martin. Based on her experience leading human resource organizations, she realized there was an opportunity to disrupt the residential cleaning industry by fundamentally transforming the employee experience resulting in an exceptional customer experience.
