The first week they added chlorine tablets to our skimmer instead of adjusting the setting on the salt generator. The chlorine was so high it took 3lbs of chlorine neutralizer just to bring it down to a 4. The next week they added so much acid that the pH was around a 6.6. When I called to cancel and was politely trying to explain why I wasn't happy with the service the guy was dismissive and hung up on me.
I was a customer for years and didnt have a problem till this year pool kept turning green a few days after they treated it. I canceled service and they were very rude and hung up on me.
We have not been able to run routes this week. We have been unable to reach our office since Sunday. Roads are closed, and none of us live close enough to the office to get there on foot.

I received a report yesterday that a couple of "pool guys" are advertising flooded pool "drain and clean" services, starting at $1300.
