At A&D Cleaning we use only the finest chemicals and cleaners to bring out that glorious shine, after stripping all the wax off the floor, we apply 2 coats of sealer and 4 coats of wax to give the floor that smooth as glass look! One of the most important and often overlooked steps in maintaining tile floors is to buff or burnish the floors on a regular basis(at least once a month) we use spray buff which is a chemical we spray on the floor to bring out that killer shine. Burnishing is using a high speed floor machine and buffing is with a slow speed floor machine.
