ACS offers free onsite estimates for new and replacement installations, emergency service repairs, and flexible scheduling to all of our residential and commercial customers. Our service vehicles carry an inventory of frequently used replacement parts, so you won't have to wait around for us to order the parts we need. We provide a range of HVAC services to residents, and certified technicians perform all of the work. Air Conditioning is, by far, our most used service. Chalk it up to the brutal Florida environment.

You can have your Air Conditioner run at a lower cost if you keep up to date on maintenance. Yes, it is very important to change filters regularly. How often? Standard filters should be changed monthly during the cooling season. The next issue is a Florida thing, drainline algae. Drain line clogs are the most common service call we get. Wet/dry vacuuming your drain line monthly can also avoid a service call and system downtime. Whether you are on our maintenance plan an and we call you bi-annually to set your appiontment, or you call us for a yearly tune-up, we give our full service and attention to every call.

Your Air Conditioner can lose much of it's efficiency if the ductwork that delivers the cold air has defects. Displayed are the modern duct construction materials we use. The bigger the R value the better the insulation. The 1.5″ ductboard we use has an R value of 6. Most duct systems start with ductboard and branch off with flex occasionally branching off further with a ductboard transition.
