For years now I’ve known that my AC unit needed to be replaced. There have been changed capacitors, fan motors, contactors, you name it, but I was holding off since it “worked”. The biggest issue was having the house set at a less than ideal temp (81-82) and still having astronomical electric bills. A high bill is expected in the desert, but the payoff should be comfort in your home.
This was our year to finally make the big purchase. I got 4 estimates from 4 different companies over a 2 day window and then chose the perfect company for my family. I knew I only wanted a Trane unit and the then instantly knew I wanted to work with Antrim Air. I couldn’t be more happy and pleased with the entire process. Talitha Gilmore was patient answering my questions and our conversation involved ZERO high pressure sales which was a huge factor for me. I hate that! Anthony came by to take measurements, talked to me about my options, and he and Talitha had a quote to me by the next morning.
Soon after on our agreed upon date my beautiful, shiny new Trane unit showed up and the excitement began when the crane arrived shortly after. It was like watching a well orchestrated puzzle as the old dilapidated unit and dysfunctional swap cooler was removed and my pretty new unit was craned up to
the roof.
Anthony ran up and down that ladder at crazy speeds as we watched the greatness happen! He then installed my new thermostat and kindly explained how the heck to use it......I’m “that” person and still perfectly understood it all.
The communication was effective and expeditious at all times, everyone was just great to talk to, and overall I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was worth the wait to find our perfect fit and we’re now ready for the killer AZ summer that’s on its way!
Thank you Anthony and Talitha for all of your help and we’ll see you for our AC checks when the time comes.

We had Antrim Air come out in April to do a check up on our A.C. unit. We were told it was working great, no problems. We decided to purchase one of their memberships. When it started to get hot out, we noticed our temperature was running 2-3 degrees warmer (79-80) than what it was set for (77). Called and they sent someone out who checked again and said our unit was still working great, that our Arizona room was the problem. They suggested we close off the room from the rest of the house. We spent over $1,000 and did just that. Next day, same problem with the air conditioning. Called again and explained we followed their advice but still had the temperature difference. They came back out and told us it was the fan motor. They replaced it. Next day, same problem! They came back again, this time told us we actually need an entire new unit! We contacted our home warranty, had 2 different A.C. companies come out and check the unit. Both of which said our A.C. unit was fine and did not need to be replaced. So glad we did that, or Antrim would have cost us another $6,000+. I did contact them to let them know we were disappointed with their service and wanted to cancel our membership. They obliged with a prorated amount that was less than half of what we paid even tho it had only been 4 months! They replied with some weird percentage calculation that made absolutely zero sense. Super disappointed, would not recommend them to anyone.

Antrim Air addresses AC issues swiftly and affordably. We are working from home so lack of ac when we need our office equipment could have become a problem. Less than 12 hours later, our AC was back up and running at an extraordinarily reasonable price. Our AC units were installed years ago by another company yet Antrim Air is our go to repair experts, always resolving any issue we have had, recommending a reasonable solution to the problem. Always reliable and fast, particularly important in this extremely hot environment.
We appreciate so much their customer oriented service. We will always be Antrim Air customers.

The best HVAC company in the state! Veteran owned and operated. I would never go with another company as the prices are fair and they guarantee their work. They really treat you like a person and not just a number. Last summer would have been a nightmare without Antrim! Thank you so much!

Antrim took all of the trouble out of getting a new A/C. I used Antrim to service my old unit. Over the years, they always recommended reasonable repairs and maintenance. When Antrim recommended a new unit, I could trust their opinion
I was provided a list of options for equipment and financing. I liked that it was 5-6 options. So a good selection, but not overwhelming. I had questions about both. Talitha helped me understand sizes, likely return on investment, efficiency, and speed.
The installation was quick. Anthony and his team were on time and communicated well. Wow! Everything is pristine.
Fast forward two months. I love the unit. It’s like a slight breeze. Happy with the variable speed. You can really feel the difference. The technology is wonderful!! Once we got the settings right, we have not had to touch it. Looking forward to lower AC bills!
The work was expertly tailored to our needs and requests. Beyond happy with the workmanship. You won’t be disappointed. If your AC throws a tantrum, better call Antrim. Thank you all so much!
