We used the company once for a short-distance move and loved them, so we decided to choose them again for a long-distance move. They were over an hour late for pickup, the unloaders were almost an hour late, and after having to unwrap the majority of our stuff ourselves from their wrapping, we discovered our tv screen was cracked by someone squeezing the screen too hard (we can see the thumb print!). Their "insurance" is crap (isn't insurance to cover OUR mistakes and not somebody else's?) and they aren't even able to tell me how long the process will take. One of the employees offered to send me transcripts of the booking call to prove that they offered and explained a variety of insurance packages (which they didn't) and after never receiving the transcripts, another employee told me I had to pay for them! They want me to pay them more money after they broke our tv and overcharged us by almost $100 with ZERO explanation for the additional charges. As if the stress of a long-distance move wasn't enough, now I have to deal with the stress of fighting for a tv replacement. Do yourself a favor and find a better moving company.
