Gina was an absolute delight! She simply tested our water showed us the results and compared them to the results from the water systems. It was amazing. The product is incredible and the difference in the treated vs untreated water is mind boggling. I felt so informed and never pressured.

Jeff is great! He and everyone else we have met at Sweetwater have been professional, friendly, and honest. The entire process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. If you're thinking about getting a water softener- do it! It's totally worth it, it makes a huge difference for showers, dishes come out cleaner, and the water tastes better too, not to mention the great warranty they provide.

The salt water system installed by SweetWater Home Services is working as expected. Ms. Gina Acree was great at explaining the installation process. She clearly presented the difference between hard and soft water. I would recommend this company and it’s products.

No service after the purchase unless it involves more money. Real quick to come out and sell replacement filters but when your unit freezes, they won't even return a phone call.

I really love that this company tests your water through every faucet from the sink to residue left from detergent. Mrs. Gina was my rep who was very informal on how the water system is very important for our daily lives.
If you’re looking for a great water system I highly recommend calling Sweetwater. I had no idea that although I had a water filter, there were so many minerals and pollutants being consumed each day.

Phil was so informative and friendly. I had no idea I had so much chlorine in my water, I will definitely get it fixed thanks to him so my appliances will last longer. He also talked to me about why my hair is dry, I also have very hard water and limestone. I can’t thank him enough for helping me with this issue. Now my son and I will be safe moving forward with this knowledge.

Gina Acree is an outstanding representative! She gave a fabulous demonstration and answered all of our questions. Service was fast and professional. We love our new Rain Soft with the CleanStart laundry system! My front-loader washing machine smells fresh and clean, my skin and hair are softer, and the drinking water is wonderful. I highly recommend it!
Justin was stellar. He was extremely knowledgeable, intelligent and thorough with his explanation. I showed up a few minutes into his explanation and was kind enough to restart so I could be fully informed. He was kind and genuine. Sept. 2017 - We had our system serviced by Eric. We have been a Rainsoft-Sweetw ater user since 1995. Our original system needed updating not replacement. Wonderful news! Eric called to give us our 30 minute heads up, which was greatly appreciated. He was very knowledgeable about our system and worked in a very efficient manner.
