Winters are long and cold in Utah. Given how drastic the weather changes are in our region, it's in your best interests to insure your family and house are protected. The last thing you need is a broken water heater or furnace when winter strikes. Frozen pipes can burst, and once they do, you'll have to re-pipe your home and clean up a watery mess. But summers in Utah can be as hot as the winters are cold, so keeping your air conditioner in tip-top shape is key to surviving. We offer AC repairs and maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
Parley's PPM Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning opened its doors to Draper, UT and the rest of Utah County nearly 40 years ago, beginning a tradition of unparalleled customer service and quality HVAC repairs and installation. We're dedicated to your happiness. That means we arrive on time and investigate your system before diving blindly into the situation. We get it right the first time. Regardless of the size of the job or its complexity, your satisfaction is most important to us. And as a thoroughly family-owned company, you can trust us to give your family the same attention we give to ours.
I want to let you know how happy I am with Parley's PPM.On an extremely hot day the AC in my business stopped cooling. I called a random service company who came out and told me that my AC was dead and the only way I could get air conditioning would be to get a new unit. The price was $7000 and they told me that if I gave them 50% down they could have it installed in 24 hours. I decided to get a second opinion. I called Parley's PPM. Within one hour they had it running perfectly for around $250 and it has worked great ever since!
We had one of our 2 water heaters have its' bottom rust out. We were able to turn off the water going to it but that left us without hot water. I called around the next day and no one could come out-until I called Parley's. They made room in their schedule. When the plumber arrived he was clean and polite. He helped divert the water to the remaining water heater while we tried to figure out what we wanted to do. In the end we had a lot of amazing work done by them; a new amazing water softener, a sweet tankless water heater (navien), new furnace and a/c, pressurized shower valves installed in two existing showers, and a disposal. We were not pressured into anything. They gave us a lot of choices and for our situation it made sense to change out things and the more we did the more we saved. They were wonderful. They will take care of you!
Had a great experience with a water heater install yesterday 7/12 - just bemoaning the fact that I didn't think to use the coupon! But hey, you've got to credit Parley's for thinking of families on a budget! We were using another company for years, but they've grown too big and we stopped feeling the love. Parley's is our new go to crew!
Casey installed my system and comes back twice a year for maintenance. He is knowledgeable and does a great job
