Can't say enough good about the service we received. After messing around with another service provider for two months (who ultimately told us the parts we needed were no longer available), we found Uinta Air. They promptly called me back, had someone to our home within a day, and had the machine up and running with the appropriate parts within a week.
They saved us money from the the estimate on the prior repair, did a thorough cleaning, were professional, prompt and simply got the job done. A special shout out to Stephanie. We appreciate you and give you and your company the highest of recommendations. Thanks!

I used a different company first to fix my AC and they said that there is leakage somewhere in the AC. They filled the gas, charged me over $300 but then it broke again next week. Then they suggested to replace the outside unit costing $6,202. I searched up other companies which are small, and preferably issuing no coupons because from the past experiences, I knew that companies advertising with coupons cost way more. Uinta Air came really quick.
They came next morning. And they knew what the problem was. They replaced the motor and let me use the warranty. I still had to pay for diagnostic fee, shipping, and labor fee but I paid only $360 total and the problem was solved. I'm so glad I found them. They are very honest and very professional. And of course, very affordable.

They were the vendor sent by my home warranty. Put in work order and they called and came within the hour. Said my 25 yr old AC compressor was out and they would try to find a part and report back to my home warranty if they couldn't. Well it's been 3 working days (5 days) and they still haven't communicated with my home warranty company so I don't know if they are going to repair or get them to authorize replacement. It's really hot and frustrating. Happy they came quick, sad it's taking so long to close out the job.

I had another company come out and try to sell me on a minimum $7500 brand new system because they "couldn't find a leak" in the system. Uinta came out, same day, and were able to pinpoint where it was. I was able to understand exactly what was wrong with the system and I what needed to be done. I would, and have, recommend them to anyone.

It's refreshing to find a service company that still works with honesty and integrity. To many of these heating & a/c service businesses are not working as in earlier years. Today it seems you have inexperienced techs that have a prepared sales pitch. Not so with this group. Thanks for giving excellent service at a fair price. Had a great experience. To many sales companies out there who tell you about potential failures, a ton of accessories that cost a fortune. This company is not one of those. They are technicians. Not these modern day salesman who do not know how to repair systems just sell. Uinta not only fixed my equipment but had their friendly manager come out and do a quality check on the system. Wonderful when the manager is willing to come out and fix any issues. Gold star for quality and cost. Forget about those sales companies call these guys.

The team from Uinta Air came out to install a whole house humidifier for me. They were on time, worked super efficiently and before I knew it they were done! Pricing was great and the guys were super friendly! I highly recommend them!

I have had a problem with my furnace for about a year. This company Uinta Air LLC came out the same day and found and fixed the problem, which was minor. They did not have to replace my furnace like the other company said. They saved me thousands of dollars. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them and will schedule regular services through them! Thank you for handling my problem quickly and efficiently. Five star. Highly recommended!
