If you are looking for a reputable, licensed contractor for your home repairs, then you've come to the right place. In 1985, we launched our first contractor referral council to help customers take the guess work out of choosing a trustworthy home repair contractor. Today we have nine councils you can count on for referrals: heating and air conditioning contractors, electricians, plumbers, solar energy companies, window/shade screen contractors, roofers, and more. We are committed to providing Arizona homeowners with useful home repairs and energy industry information and advice.

We strive to provide customers with home repair referrals to reputable contractors who are licensed, bonded, and insured and offer consumer advocacy about your energy efficiency questions and home improvement needs. ELA is a statewide non-profit trade association which represents the Electrical, Air Conditioning, Heating and other Energy Industries of Arizona. Our organization was founded in 1960 to promote the efficient use of electric energy. ELA Home Repairs and our nine consumer councils are operated by ELA.
