I was in a bind being out of town and having my AC unit go down late on a weekend. I tried calling my normal service company only to be told someone would come the following day. However with three people in the house, that was too long. I saw reviews for Autumn Air and have them a call. A tech was available within about 1-2 hours. He came and diagnosed the problem with 5-10 minutes and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. My family was able to stay in the house and the AC was able to cool the house down in about 30 minutes. I would highly suggest and recommend this company.

Super impressed with this company! The texts they send out about their staff are phenomenal. They claim to care quite a lot about their workers, which is very very important to us, and from what we can tell they weren't just talk! Taylor was incredible - friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable.

First time using Autumn Heating and Cooling and absolutely impressed. Gave me a window and still managed to squeeze me in early. Had the problem diagnosed in minutes and fixed shortly after. My guy Frank was polite and didn't try to hassle me or pressure me. Showed me the issue and fixed the issue. Great job, and I will be using them next time I am in a pinch or any future services.

Taylor has come out and serviced our AC several times. I am always happy with his work and competence. Each time he comes out he is very professional, honest and explains everything that he needs to do for the repair. No surprises and a straight shooter. He goes the extra mile to make sure his work is done right. It is hard to find AC people like that.
I am always glad when I call Autumn Air Heating and Cooling and find out that Taylor is the one coming out to do the repair. Also, whenever I call Autumn Air no matter how busy they are I always get a nice person on the phone and they are quick to schedule an appointment for you.

Can't say enough great things about Autumn Air Heating and Cooling and the technician Kolby. Our AC went out during some extreme heat and I contacted Autumn on Google message. They responded quickly and were so friendly and efficient in booking us first in line. Kolby came out and diagnosed the problem immediately and had cool air blowing within minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. In addition the price was very reasonable. Great company all around.

First time using Autumn Air and very pleased. Called at 7am and my A/C was up and working by 10:30am. The tech was Taylor and he was fantastic, right on time and very helpful. He completely took care of issue and had cool air flowing. I was impressed with his friendliness, knowledge and fast professional work. Autumn Air and Taylor are now my go to for A/C work. Right on time, 2. Very friendly and got to work first in attic checking system. 3. Next completely checked outside system including fully cleaning the outside heat exchanger. In less than hour job was completed and AC ready for our coming summer months. He left area completely clean. Great service. I can highly recommend Autumn Air.

I scheduled a service with Autumn Air between 3pm and 5pm and asked if the technician please be there closer to 5 as that is the time i arrive home. Frank showed up to my house about 2 minutes before I did and he was very friendly and polite. He took the time to answer any questions I had also addressed whatever little issues I could think of! I have personally recommended this company to a lot of my colleagues, they go above and beyond my expectations!

We had Taylor come over and give us a quote. Very knowledgeable, well mannered and easy to work with. Laid out different scenarios for our home. I ended up not going with them as it was bit higher than our budget but definitely appreciated the experience. Would recommend them for sure.
