I've had jr plumbing to my home several times.. to make repairs and assist with completing the plumbing in my renovated kitchen.
They are fantastic. I know they will always show when promised, do a great job and charge a fair price.
I've recommended to others and none have had any complaints , and told me they were very pleased.

As a property management company we use JRs Plumbing for all our plumbing and drainage needs and we have always found them reasonable and reliable. However recently I had the need for a plumber to repair my shower at home. Having checked out the problem on You Tube I self diagnosed the problem as being a broken shower cartridge. Of course I called JRs knowing the company. They told me that the repair would cost between 450. - 550.00 inc. I told them to go ahead. Unexpectantly the plumber called at my house on Saturday(double time I thought but the job needed to be done). The technician stripped the unit down and advised me that the cartridge was in fine working order but calcium was the problem. He cleaned the unit, lubricated and gave me advice. And only charged me the normal hourly rate. Fantastic.
So not only was the technician professional, courteous and honest (he could have quite easily have ripped me off by charging me for a new shower cartridge something which has happened to me before with plumbers) but he was extremely reasonably priced, especially for a Saturday call out.
I might add that the technician did not know that I worked for the property company.
All in all I would whole heartedly recommend JRs Plumbing for price, professionalism and service.

I liked that they answered the phone first of all. I called other companies that didn't answer. And when you have an emergency that's very important and so they are reliable. They came the same day. Nobody wants to wait for tomorrow to get their toilet running. You have to use the bathroom everyday. They had good communication they gave me a 5-7 window and informed me if they could come sooner they would. It turned out they could come sooner and so informed me. And they resolved the toilet problem

Our toilet backed up and every sink and other toilet in the house comes through that blocked toilet. We could not use the bathroom or any of our other toilets or sinks. It was pouring rain outside. I called about 6 Plumming locations and spoke to one guy he refused to come out and help. I called JR's Plumming and spoke to Jennifer and she had put me in touch with Cedrick the Plummer. He was our savior yesterday. He came out and went out into the pouring rain and cleared the clog with his snake. I would strongly recommend recommend JR's Plumming and Cedrick for all your Plumming needs. JR's is forever my Plummer here in Vallejo. Thank you

Needed to replace a toilet shutoff valve as a part of replacing the flush valve. Plumber was prompt in his arrival on the scheduled date. Plumber was masked up, and even was wearing protective booties to keep my carpets clean, and most professional. Estimate was fair and workmanship was top notch without any surprise leaks when he left afterwards. He even gave me a ballpark estimate to replace a water supply valve to my townhome, and advised me on the procedure on who to notify in order to get the job done.
i am impressed and will recommend this plumbing company, as well as use them again.

I want to give a BIG shout out to Scott! He not only did a Great job with putting in a new pressure thingy and new water heater. He took his time with explaining everything I asked (I ask Lots of questions), he also ensured I understood the operation of what he installed. He also cleaned up everything once he was done. He provided exceptional customer service. A great representation of his company.
