Joco Construction was a lifesaver for me. I had an irrigation leak under my pavers. I had called several other companies with no response and then Joco Construction was recommended by a family friend. Coco called me the same day I called and was very helpful and accommodating. She scheduled my project promptly. The repair was started on time and was completed on time. The crew was pleasant and professional and did a great job. I was so pleased with their work that I plan to have them restore my pavers soon. It was a pleasure working with them and I highly recommend them!

We had an awesome experience with JOCO Construction. We highly recommend this company to whom ever is looking for pavers to be added to their yard. They are friendly and a pleasure to work with. They are on time for the work day. They are hard working, eager to please, reasonably priced, and provide a beautiful outcome. Joe and Coco were the nicest and kindness people. I can't say enough about joe and coco. These people are the most reliable and honest people you will meet.
We had them demo our old floors and put new ones in. They made the whole process so easy on our part. Coco spend everyday there making sure everything was done right, even cleaned while the workers were demoing. Floors came out amazing and will definitely use them again in the future for future projects.

I hired JoCo Construction to pour a concrete pad for a Tuff Shed. Joe and his crew showed up on time and got straight to work. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was nervous because I don't know much about construction. Well I know more now thanks to Joe's patience in answering my questions and making sure I understood what was going on.
They did excellent work and I am excited to move on to the next phase of my shed project. I would definitely hire JoCo Construction again!

The workers showed to go to work. the plan was to remove the concrete on the first day, to my surprise when I got home from work they not only removed the concrete, but had the road base delivered as well. The workers were great and very professional, each worker was responsible for there job. Our son is a tile setter, he came by when the job was almost completed, he got out the string to check the level of the pavers, it looked very level. I was a little bit worried about the edge closes to the walkway, seemed like was going to be below the sidewalk. the workers came the next day, I didn't share my thoughts with them, we left for the day and when we got home, I was pleasantly surprised that the job turned out perfect.

Joe and his crew did an excellent job removing my old concrete driveway and putting in over 1500 square feet of pavers. Joe took the time to bring over multiple samples which were required due to a minor disagreement between my wife and I as to what color to go with :)
The finished product looks excellent and I will definitely be using JOCO in the future for any hardscape needs!

Joco Construction installed a 150 foot small retaining wall and two sets of stone steps for me recently. They did an absolutely fantastic job! Joe and his team were easy to work with and very knowledgeable. They did not cut any corners but did a thorough job that will last a longtime. They were reasonably priced and greatly improved the look of our home and has increased the property value. I definitely recommend Joco Construction.

I requested a quote from Joe Rodriguez(who responded to my request on Nextdoor.com) and he came out the next day and gave me a fair estimate to replace two areas of cement that were damaged by tree roots. His wife, Coco, helped with initiating our first contact. He was extremely friendly and gave a clear and itemized description of all that would be done including tree root removal. No hidden charges. Joe provided a realistic time estimate for a start date since he was in the middle of another large job, whose address he gave me so that I could see his work. He worked with my schedule and he and his crew came two weeks later. The job was completed in one day and he personally brought the dumpster and supplies the day before so that they could start at 8:00 sharp while he supervised the entire time. Impressive. An extremely reliable and hard working crew and Joe is a man of character. I won't hesitate to recommend his services to others and will be using him for other projects in the future.

We are very happy with the work that was provided by Joco Construction. My husband and I decided to put a pool in our backyard. Since we already had paving stones we needed a professional paving stone company that would be able to correct the paving stone area around the pool. Coco and Joe listened to our concerns and were patient, understanding and did an outstanding job with our paving project. I would recommend Joco Construction to anyone who is looking for a professional job at a very reasonable price. Joe's work crew were clean, efficient and finished the job as scheduled, thank you for an amazing job!

I contacted JOco construction for an estimate on a retaining block wall. I spoke with Coco. She gathered my information and said she'd get back to me in an hour and a half which she actually did. Other contractors never called me back. Coco discussed my situation with Joe and she explained the whole process to me. Then I received an email from Joe again explaining the process in detail which helped a lot. In his email, Joe did say to get bids from other contractors then decide which contractor to go with. My whole interaction with Joe and Coco displayed true professionalism and honesty which I didn't get from others. They took the time to understand my needs. I felt like they truly cared about what I need and wasn't just after the job. I will be calling them back when I'm ready to build. Thank you.

Joco Construction installed pavers in the patio of our brand new home and did a superlative job. Their original estimate was thorough and the contractor understood that we needed to submit plans to the HOA Design Review Committe for approval and included all the requisite information about the process, materials and job duration. Once HOA approval was received, Joco Construction quickly scheduled the job and completed it within the indicated time frame. The crew was meticulous, their work was precise and the final product was beautiful. We are very pleased with Joco Construction and would recommend them to anyone looking for paver installation without hesitation.
