I had True heating and cooling look at my HVAC to diagnose why I am not getting hot enough air in our guest bedroom. Brian the technician showed up with a mask which was good for us. He was super helpful explaining what was going on with my vents and answered some of my other heating questions. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to.

I was referred to True Heating and Cooling by my warranty company. Justin (the owner)called Monday and scheduled Daniel to come out and assess the problem with my boiler. It was making this god-awful grinding noise. Daniel determined that the problem was the pump. He told me he would have his boss call me with an estimate for the repair. I received a call from Justin with the estimate for the repair and we scheduled the repair work for Wed at 1PM. The repair was not totally covered by the warranty company so they worked with me to schedule the work and even gave me a discount for my portion of the bill (my husband and I are both seniors and both veterans). That was really appreciated. Also, Daniel called prior to his arrival, both times, they were prompt, courteous and left my home as they found it. They even put on booties so that they did not track up my hardwood floors.They also checked to make sure the boiler (which is old and works off natural gas) did not have any carbon monoxide leaks. It is these "little" things that make for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

These guys are a local business and are amazing! The owner, Justin, did the walk through/estimate and also some of the work. They let the kids follow them around and were respectful while in our home. The 3 people who came to our house were professional, informative and went above and beyond. Daniel, Julio and Justin answered all of our questions, were thorough, and even replaced one of our existing ducts for free. I felt like my questions were welcomed and they answered with detailed information instead of a sales pitch. I highly recommend True Heating & Cooling! They have earned our loyalty for any future needs.
