I am thoroughly impressed with this company. My freezer was icing up and not cooling well. I sent an email at 6am and received a call back by 7:15am. They promised to send a repairman the same day and gave me a time frame. Jacob arrived on time (he called when he was on his way) and did a thorough diagnosis. He explained the problem thoroughly by even showing me diagrams and pictures. He said the parts had to be ordered but he could do repairs the next day. Again he did a thorough job even helping me to remove food from freezer. He showed me the bad parts and replaced the heating element, thermostat and timer. He apologized profusely for running a little late due to a previous call being more complicated than anticipated. He was professional, very competent and asked me to call him immediately if I had any related, or even unrelated problems. The cost was very reasonable and they offered me a discount as a first time customer. I'd recommend this company 100% to anyone. Today my refrigerator is cooling, happily humming, freezer working, my ice maker is working perfectly. Thank you Jacob. Thank you It Is Fixed!
