Horrible horrible horrible service. I had them come out for a garbage disposal issue. Was told I would get 10% off and after the guy spent 10 minutes just playing around with the disposal (didn't even run any tests or diagnostics) he told me I needed a new one and I only get the discount if I buy and install through them which is not what I was told when I scheduled the service. He wanted to charge me twice what Loews or anyone else would for the disposal and then mark up the service fee to $220 THEN give me 10% off. When I called to see if they would let me buy the disposal on my own and just do the installation the woman yelled at me and said absolutely not and that I wouldn't get my discount! This was the most ridiculous experience and now I am saving $150 by using Loews instead. BUYER BEWARE. Do NOT use this company to do service and repairs in Atlanta.
