Everybody has a budget; therefore, we offer carpet cleaning packages with budget conscious consumers in mind. How often you clean depends on your environment (number of pets & kids, amount of traffic, and tobacco use). Steam cleaning is the preferred method recommended by the largest carpet manufacturers (Shaw Industries and Mohawk Flooring). Steam Cleaning, also called hot water extraction, produces superior results if done properly. All of our packages include the proper procedures necessary to leave your carpets clean, soft, dry, and residue free.
After we gain an understanding of your requirements, we'll prepare a customized proposal for your approval. We'll then recommend a well-planned maintenance program that is essential to preserving the life and health of your carpet, upholstery, drapes and blinds. You will be assigned an Account Manager who will provide monthly carpet inspections at no additional charge. We can, for a minimal charge, remove soda and coffee spills that may occur between cleanings. At no extra charge we'll wipe down baseboards in exposed areas and use high velocity fans to quickly dry your carpet and upholstery.
