The P.U.R.T. cleaner they use to remove pet urine odor actually works! The odor had been on the fabric of my couch and recliner for several months so I was VERY skeptical. I honestly still cant believe its gone. But that wasnt even the best part of my experience - TRAVIS was. He was the serviceman that came to do the cleaning and I am still in shock at how wonderful he was. Professional, kind, hard-working, top-of-the-line work ethic, animal lover, pays attention to detail, respectful - these are the top adjectives that come to mind to describe this man. Ive had a lot of various services performed at my house in recent months and none of the workmen even came close to comparing to him.
Within a very short amount of time it became very clear that HE wasnt going to be satisfied if he didnt do everything he could to take care of this. This is a leather-blend sofa and recliner so it was the fabric underneath that needed the treatment. He told me he had never treated this kind of fabric before and gave me no false expectations - he was very honest that he didnt know if this would take care of it completely.
He showed so much concern for my things. And my cats! He made sure they were where I wanted them to be before he got started. I just cant say enough good things about the entire experience. Thank you again Travis.

Im so happy with the way the old carpets came out, they look new again! I used some other company before and they missed places like under the sofa and they really didnt do a good job. Im so happy I contacted Aladdin! They were all very professional and very thorough. I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning and deodorizing. My whole house is clean and smells awesome! I have used Aladdin Chem-Dry for 10+ years. Excellent service, technicians are courteous, professional, and very thorough. Carpets satisfactorily cleaned and dries in about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Stairs and high traffic areas are satisfactorily done also. I highly recommend using a non-steamed method because it dries much quicker and doesn't saturate carpet which causes the carpet pad to deteriorate much faster.

I haven't had my carpets cleaned in over 20 years. Aladdan Chem-Dry arrived ahead of the scheduled time and in less than 2 hours had 2 sets of stairs and 4 rooms cleaned and looking fabulous. They are now clean, soft and very bright!

I run a 365 bed, luxury student housing complex in midtown STL. Before the new school year starts, we have 2 weeks to flip 70% of the building. Rich and his team were able to clean 275 bedrooms in 1.5 weeks! They were fantastic! Also cleaned our leasing office carpet and it hasn't looked this clean since we opened our door two years ago! I've been in the industry 16 years and he is the best around!

The workers were prompt and helpful in discussing what they would and wouldn't do. They removed the spots, and I was able to walk on the carpets in a couple of hours. I liked that they did not stay wet for a long time or have a lingering odor.
