From our year-round property maintenance base subscription EasyLawn to our full service landscape subscription of PremierLawn, we've got your lawn and landscaping needs covered! EasyLawn is our year-round property maintenance base subscription that includes lawn mowing, edging, & trimming, leaf & property clean up, & bed maintenance.

Our maintenance subscriptions constitute the core of our landscaping services. They include our main packages, EasyLawn, TotalLawn, and PremierLawn. In most cases you need to be on a maintenance subscription package to get access to additional services. Add on services like SafeYard (our lawn pest control package) and HydroSmart, our irrigation maintenance service may be added onto a base maintenance package for an additional monthly fee, but are not available as an independent service to the general public.

With leading smart watering control, Weather Intelligence Plus and leak detection, the Rachio 3 Smart Sprinkler Controller and Wireless Flow Meter combined with installation and monitoring from Canopy help homeowners save time, money, & water! We've partnered with the smart irrigation company, Rachio, to offer intelligent and connected lawn irrigation services to our customers. These are add-on subscription services, you must be a current Canopy maintenance subscription customer in order to purchase an irrigation plan.
