Faig able to respond today within two hours of 1.5 yr old GE Profile not cooling. He cleaned coils at no extra cost and quickly diagnosed sealed system problem that is covered by extended 5 yr warranty. Did not try to upsell other services. Thorough troubleshooting and diagnosis. Explained the process as he was working, good communicator. Very personable and professional. Would not hesitate to call him again.

My LG washer stopped spinning.
Contacted Faig at Master Appliance. He responded immediately and was at my house when he promised. He quickly diagnosed the problem to be the motor. He ordered the necessary part and hoped it would be available asap.
That was Tuesday on Saturday he called to let me know he had the part and could be at my house to install it. Very efficient and professional service. I would definitely call him again.

Today, I called Master Appliance Repair and asked for availability to check our LG Washer. Faig, the owner and technician said between 1pm -3pm, he will be at home. At 2PM, he arrived and did diagnostic test. It is a pump that needs to replace. Before 3pm, the pump was replaced since he has LG brand new pump in his car. I should say Faig knows his area and an expert of what he is doing. He is friendly, and nice to talk to. He diagnosed the issue right away. I would like to recommend him to other people looking for a trusted service technician. Thank you Faig.

We had just moved into our new house and immediately had an issue of a broken dryer. The dryer would run but it wouldn't get hot and so our clothes would end the cycle still damp. We called Master Appliance and they were able to come out within a couple of hours. The guy knew exactly what to look for - our dryer is wedged into a tight space in our spare bathroom but the guy was able to easily move it out, open it up and diagnose what the issue was. He gave us a quote on the spot - it was about $260 total to fix it, which to us was reasonable given we wanted a working dryer asap. He went out to his truck to check if he had the part and it just so happened that he had one left in stock - score! He fixed the issue, pushed our dryer back into its original spot, cleaned up, and was on his way. From end to end, it only took him less than 30 minutes to fix our issue. Best $260 we ever spent.
He left us a magnet with his business name and contact info on it, which is a good marketing touch. We have the magnet on our fridge so we know exactly who to call next time we have another appliance issue.

Amazing service! My 3-yr old LG washer stopped working suddenly and we called Master Appliance Repair for a diagnostic. Faig was at our house the same day and knew exactly what plagued our machine. Ordered the part, picked it up and installed it the next day! Within 24 hours of our initial call, we had a fully functioning washing machine again...and at a reasonable price! I hope not to have another broken appliance but at least now I know who to call. Thanks so much for the friendly, speedy, hassle-free fix!
