Beginning as a family business in the 1980s, Precision Door Service was organized as an informal partnership in 1997. With aspirations of building the best garage door company in America, Precision's founders began a franchise program that would be designed for national expansion. Our NJ location opened in December of 1999 and is now the largest Precision Door Franchise in the country. We received the prestigious Franchise of the Year Award at the 2002 national convention. Our new facility at 220 West Parkway, Suite 9 in Pompton Plains NJ is over 10,000 square feet and has an extensive showroom with working doors so you can not only see, but hear, how quiet a garage door can be.
