We received a Top flight bathroom rebuild from M&M Construction Specialists. Their dedication, hard work and attention to detail sets them apart and I caught their man Walter working as if this was his own home. M&M gave us the best 5'X7' bathroom money can buy. They made our dream for our small bathroom come true. The project team were on top of the situation every day (only took two weeks !) and were great partners to work with. We hired them to replace a jacuzzi type tub with a traditional soaking tub. The did the demo, plumbing, sheetrock, tiling, painting and tub installation in 4 days. They were easy to work with and the quality of the work was very high. The best part is that they were in and out in less than a week.

Mark, Tom and the crew were all excellent to work. We did a partial remodel of our master bathroom and the tiling, flooring, cabinet refinishing were all done with care and excellent workmanship. I would certainly recommend to anyone needing home remodeling done.

Repaired a leaking drain line . Had to access piping by opening up ceiling and wall, which involved drywall repair. Completed work was of high quality and the cleanup was very thorough. Hired them because of their previous quality work on a bathroom remodel for us.

found M&M through a Home Advisers web site they had sent several recommendations all of which responded to me. Mark had called me and set up an appointment to see what I wanted done. He came to my house the next day and was extremely helpful giving us several options with, dates he would start and finish and a written itinery of various phases of the project with a cost breakdown for each step. We were leary at first as we had several contractors come and give estimates never to follow up until we found Home Advisers. Mark is professional and oversees each step, the work is neat & the work site was cleaned up daily.
The job was finished on time. Tom the office manager was extremely helpful as well. My wife and I will use M&M again for our next project and Highly recommend them.

M & M Construction Specialist did a great job with a complete renovation and remodel of my bathroom after I discovered a leak. Mark provided a very detailed proposal and explained the structural issues with my plumbing. The workers were professional and neat, did quality work, and dealt well with the plumbing surprises and challenges of my house. I was very happy with the finished product and the process overall.

My roof was getting old and starting to leak. It looked pretty ratty and I hated seeing missing shingles. I called M&M Construction and they were able to give me a free estimate. I liked that the guy they sent out was a project manager who seemed very knowledgeable on the subject and not your average slick salesman. The price they gave me was in line with other prices I received and I decided to go with them. The workers weren't annoying, they came on time, and they did the job pretty quickly. They even cleaned up my yard at the end. Apparently these new shingles have a lifetime warranty and at least my roof looks nice again.
