Land Surveyors Staff

We have been growing a team and company since Larry Lincoln began working with Bruce Jahn, PLS 4493 in 2003 to reduce the flood insurance cost for 244 units in an HOA in Milpitas, California. We formed the LLC and added to the team in response to the changes that were forced upon our comfortably small team by those responding to Biggert-Waters legislation in 2012. We now have a team performing various functions: A field staff, an office staff, a senior staff member keeping it together, a bookeeper working with a CPA, and one professional land surveyor in responsible charge of many of the jobs, and another professional Land Surveyor in responsible charge of projects he brings to the team.
