W.T. Barker has been winning awards for the renovation and construction of unique custom homes in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Garner, Knightdale, and surrounding areas of Wake County for more than two decades. We specialize in custom home building, exceptional kitchen and bath renovations, additions and exterior living spaces. W.T. Barker was founded by William T. Barker to provide regional homeowners an alternative to the monotony of today's run-of-the-mill home designs. Barker, a veteran of the real estate sales, property management, and residential development industries, recognized that a custom home building and creative renovation business was the most logical evolution for his expertise. Holding a North Carolina real estate license since 1979, Barker spent a number of years in sales and multi-family property development before branching into other facets of building development, such as commercial construction and fit-ups, and rental property management.
