I left a message with multiple roofers without return phone calls from many. Several roofers I did happen to contact were given the opportunity to do business with me. Because of numerous communication failures like scheduled appointment misunderstandin gs, late shows, lack of follow-up, & lots of wasted time, I gave up. Many months passed with the awful feeling I would need to start the process again with the expectation of more wasted time I did not have to spare. Luckily, Arrington Roofing was being advertised on a local AM station by a host I find credible. I called with the feeling my high expectations would be in question. I spoke with an assistant which had Randy Eubank call me within a few hours. He was flexible and agreed to meet at a convenient time. Randy showed up and did not waste one second my time. He listened to my requests. He educated me on the process, as this was my first roof shingle replacement. Randy is very warm, seemingly humble, and completely professional. His past experiences gave me the impression he is a skilled roofing professional. The insurance company requirements made me a bit hesitant on how to move forward but Randy walked me through it each step of the way. Randy showed up the morning of the roof replacement and made sure everything was running smoothly. To avoid making this too long I would like to wrap it up by saying Arrington has its act together, from the office assistant, to the sales professional, and to the capable roofers. Everyone I came into contact with a Arrington did their jobs professionally. My high expectations were satisfied and feel great about this accomplishment.
