Loring and Son Masonry was honored to participate in the restoration of this iconic lighthouse. The exterior of the 89-foot brownstone and brick lighthouse, built in 1801, was cleaned, repaired, re-pointed and re-painted. Along with completing the full exterior masonry and cast iron repair, we acted in the role of Construction Manager for this project. Many thanks to Brand Scaffold, Local Carpenters 24 and Painters Local 1122 Union for their fantastic contributions and professionalism. Waterbury Clock Tower (Republican American Newspaper).
