Convergence Architecture, located in the St Johns neighborhood of North Portland, is dedicated to the principle that design is a collaborative effort in which the client and the architect work together to create a successful project. Our goal is to find a solution where all the relevant factors influencing the design - budget, program, aesthetic goal - are taken into account to converge into a functional and inspiring design. We are experienced with Programming and Space Planning, Conceptual Design, Construction Documents, Construction Contract Administration, Building Code, Accessibility Reviews, Sustainability Design and Documentation, 3D Modeling, Virtual Reality, Renderings and DBE Inclusion Assistance.
